Description:Collection of 4 photograph albums . The photographs relate to the family of Benjamin Bibbs of Worcester . 1819 1904 Bibbs was a Saddler first with his father Benjamin ( from Ledbury ) at 3 Cornmarket Worcester and later at 45 Broad St Worcester ( many of the photos are by F.C. Earl of 46 Broad St.) Bibbs brother William worked at the Brewery in Worcester. Other family member shown include Sarah, Herbert, Ernest, Elizabeth, Leonard & Em there are over 185 family photos mostly small black and white prints with a few larger postcard size, there are a mixture of full figure and head and shoulders mostly single individuals, a few in costume. There are 20 outdoor photos of Worcester cathedral and streets, Madesfield church, Malvern and Evesham with a postcard of Fernhill Heath Sports 1910. 3 of the albums are Victorian with photos from 1860s onward the 4th album is early 20th century.

Binding:2 ornate Quarto albums with brass details etc, 2 octavo with brass clasps and decorative leather

Condition:All in poor condition with torn pages and loose photos, The majority of the photos are clean & clear although few are named or labelled
