Book Condition The corners and spine are rubbed, joints are part broken with a tear across spine near the head, head and tail of spine are damaged, pencil marks over gilt design on upper board, upper hinge is partly broken, upper free end paper is torn and mostly missing, 3 small red stamps to frontispiece verso, finger marks to outer margin, pencil marks throughout book ( in margins and twice crossing out text ), occasional spotting, gutter broken at page 32, foxing across text on 2 pages, all text is readable, fair condition
