Binding:Originally plum cloth now largely faded to mustard, blind stamped decorative borders to covers, gilt title to front and spine, gilt coat of arms to front, yellow endpapers

Condition:Rebacked with some use of original cloth on spine, corners scuffed, original cloth rubbed and sunned with loss near edges to spine and at head and tail of spine, hinges repaired, frontispiece taped in, there are a few scattered spots to the text, but the plates are very clean, book in good condition sound and firmly held, hard to find in any condition
