[8], 72 pages, [2], 32 pages. Signed on the title page, “William Hey Esq with Mr Teale’s kind regards”. The dedication is probably to a relative of Samuel Hey who is listed as a surgeon in the book and may be related to William Hey of Leeds (1736-1819) who gave his name to the Hey amputation. Illustrated by 16 engravings on wood by Mr Bagg. 30 page classified index of Mr Churchill’s catalogue to rear.
